Chronic pain is a huge issue. My experience is just that, mine. In light of that, I wanted to share some other chronic pain blogs and articles with you from around the web.
Chronic Pain Blogs
Joni & Friends
Joni & Friends has an amazing blog. Their feed is full of encouragement for those who are struggling with disabilities, chronic pain, and the challenges they face.
This blog belongs to a chronic pain warrior named Charlene. She has been housebound with Myalgic Encephalomyelitic (more commonly known as M.E.) since 2015. Charlene shares her own story, brings hope to those with chronic illnesses, and provides a place for other chronic warriors to share their stories.
The Frozen Mind
Jen Carson, a fellow migrainour, is the author of this chronic pain blog. She covers everything from migraines to mental health and she is a champion for chronic pain sufferers everywhere. She knows chronic pain isn’t something you can just “get over” and her blog posts are short, relatable, and filled with information. My favorite part of Jen’s blog is how she educates readers about chronic illness. There is so much misinformation and many misunderstandings, Jen aims to clear that up with her own personal touch.
